Andrew inspected homes for 8 years in Connecticut, and 25 years in Maryland, before moving to Tennessee to be near family.

Andy has had the privilege to inspect for many people and families from different areas of the country including for Hollywood stars, award-winning entertainers, diplomats, and other clientele. Homes of all types from mobile homes to mansions, including up to 22,000 sf! He has traveled to perform or participate in inspections in a number of states in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern US, and now Middle Tennessee. Andy has inspected numerous vintage homes having ties to America’s history. There were many builders in his family over the generations. These influences created a lifetime interest in construction, vintage homes, as well as in history. He restored a number of older homes himself and the oldest home he ever lived in was built c. 1742. If you have a vintage or older home that you want to have inspected, give Andy a call. These ties to history have made him a lifelong history buff, and he is an avid reader of history and historical fiction.

When Andy isn’t performing inspections, he enjoys traveling around. Andy also is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
